Fire Road 37 - Site 2

This Fire Rd. 37 property really put the youth corps' backs to work over the summer. The corps cut through knots - er, LOTS - of tree roots before installing an impressive set of 18 infiltration steps and shoreline buffer.

When asked about the work, the owner stated, "It's good to protect the lake from runoff." Well and simply put! Both improvements reduce the chance of nuisance algae blooms, and that's cause for LOTS of celebration! Great job!
