Don't Let Your Shoreline Crumble — Plant A Buffer Bundle!
Join our waitlist for 2026! If we’re able to secure funding to offer the program, we’ll reach out before placing our nursery order to re-confirm your interest.
NOTE: Offer only available to property owners within the China Lake watershed. Check your address here! (Click the view larger map icon [four-cornered box in top right corner of the gray toolbar], then click the search icon located in the top left hand corner of the red box and enter your address. If your property is in the watershed, the place indicator will appear inside the dark green boundary. If the place indicator is NOT in the dark green boundary, this means your property is NOT within the official watershed.)
Soil erosion is a leading contributor of phosphorus runoff into China Lake. Too much causes algae blooms which impacts recreational activities such as swimming, fishing, and boating, and can be harmful to people, pets and wildlife.
Our Buffer Bundles* are supplied by local growers and include native plants that minimize runoff, stabilize the shoreline and beautify your property!
-
One free bundle ($250 value) per household!

Customers will be emailed when Buffer Bundles are available for pickup (late May/early June).
